Emergency funding desk

Business emergency? Triage first. Then fund fast.

ATO garnishee on your account, payroll due tomorrow, a machine down or a settlement about to fall over — tell us what happened and a real person maps the fastest realistic way to fund it.

  • No credit check to enquire
  • 60-second enquiry
  • One specialist, not 20 lenders
Property-secured$20k to $250k possible same day (property-secured)
Larger amountsUp to $5m possible within 24–48 hours
No propertySame-day funding possible for smaller unsecured amounts

No credit check to enquire

Telling us about the emergency leaves your credit file untouched. A credit check only comes up once you choose to proceed.

No spray-and-pray

We don't fire your details at dozens of lenders and hope. One specialist works out the right route and takes it.

A real person on it, fast

A human reads your triage answers and rings you back. Answer the form accurately and the first option is the right one.

30-second triage

Which route is realistic for you?

Two answers tell you most of what matters in an emergency: how long you have and whether there is property to secure against. Try it, then run the full triage tool for a first-hour action plan and document list.

Triage by clock

How much time do you have?

Start from the deadline. The shorter the clock, the more the route depends on property security and clean paperwork.

  1. Money needed todayNeed business funds before close of business today? What can realistically land, the order to do things in, and what to say if today isn't possible.
  2. Within 24 hoursNeed business funding within 24 hours? Which loans can settle by tomorrow, what to prepare tonight and how to protect the deadline if it slips.
  3. Within 48 hoursWith 48 hours, property-secured business loans up to $5m become possible. What fits the window, how to use day one and day two, and what slows larger loans.
  4. This weekThree to seven days before a business deadline lets you compare routes, negotiate and avoid rushed choices. How to plan the week and fund calmly.
  5. By FridayFriday deadlines are harder than they look — weekend cut-offs, payroll runs, settlement windows. How to have business funding in place before Friday.
  6. End of monthRent, supplier accounts, loan repayments, BAS and super can all land at month-end. How to triage the end-of-month crunch and fund it without panic.
  7. 21-day noticesStatutory demands, director penalty notices and bankruptcy notices run on 21-day clocks. A day-by-day plan to get advice, negotiate and fund.
  8. BAS due dateCan't pay your BAS by the due date? Lodge on time anyway, talk to the ATO and consider funding, so a BAS shortfall doesn't become an ATO emergency.

Funding routes

Fast loan types, explained by the job they do

Property-secured options (first and second mortgages, caveat loans) for larger or faster amounts. Unsecured, cash flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses without property, typically $5,000 to $500,000. Past credit issues and ATO debt considered case by case.

Our protocol

Calm process, fast clock

  1. 01

    Triage

Sixty seconds on the form: what happened, the amount, the deadline, property and how long you've been trading. Accurate answers matter more than speed here.

  2. 02

    Call back

A specialist reads it and calls you. We confirm the real deadline, the real number, and whether buying a few days from the creditor helps.

  3. 03

    Route

One route, chosen for speed and fit — secured same-day where property allows, unsecured where it doesn't. We tell you plainly if it isn't realistic.

  4. 04

    Fund

Documents in, approval, settlement. Funds can go to your account or straight to the ATO, the supplier or whoever needs paying.

Panic myths vs what actually happens

"If I apply everywhere at once, one will say yes."

Shotgun applications leave a trail of credit enquiries that can make the next lender more cautious. One well-matched application beats ten rushed ones.

"Bad credit means no emergency loan."

Property-secured lenders look mainly at the security and the exit. Past defaults and ATO debt are considered case by case.

"A garnishee or statutory demand means it's over."

Both come with steps you can take. Calling the ATO or the creditor early, then funding a payment or a plan, often resolves it.

"Same day is guaranteed if I pay more."

Speed comes from clean security, quick documents and a clear exit — not a premium. Same day is possible, never promised.

Emergency business loan questions

What is an emergency business loan?

It is ordinary business finance arranged on an urgent timeline to deal with a specific problem — a tax garnishee, wages due, a broken machine, disaster damage or a settlement at risk. The loan type depends on what you have: property-secured options (first mortgage, second mortgage or caveat) move fastest for larger amounts, while unsecured and cash-flow options suit trading businesses without property.

How fast can emergency business funding actually happen?

For property-secured loans, $20k to $250k is possible the same day, and up to $5m is possible within 24–48 hours, depending on the security, the paperwork and how fast documents come back. Same-day funding is also possible for smaller unsecured amounts. Nothing is guaranteed, which is why we tell you on the first call what is realistic.

Does enquiring affect my credit score?

No. There is no credit check when you first enquire. We look at your situation, tell you the realistic route, and only talk about a credit check if you decide to go ahead.

Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?

No. We don't spray enquiries around the market. One specialist reads your answers, works out the right route and takes it — so you don't end up with a stack of credit enquiries and phone calls in the middle of a crisis.

Can I get an emergency loan with bad credit or an ATO debt?

Often, yes. Past credit problems and ATO debt are considered case by case. Property security makes bad-credit approvals much more likely; without property, recent bank statements and steady turnover do most of the work.

How much can I borrow in an emergency?

Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000 against residential or commercial property. Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses are typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.

What should I do in the first hour?

Work out the exact amount and the exact deadline, call the creditor or agency to confirm both, gather your last few months of bank statements and ID, and start the enquiry. Our free triage tool builds a first-hour checklist for your situation.

Is this only for disasters?

No. Most business emergencies are financial, not physical: a tax enforcement notice, a customer who didn't pay, a bank that cut a facility, a deposit due on a deal. We fund business purposes only, for any urgent situation where fast money solves the problem.

Tell us what happened. We'll take it from there.
